An ultrasonic, structurally preserving rhinoplasty designed for the Middle Eastern face. The brief is balance, not transformation: a profile that reads as intentional from every angle and ages with the rest of the face.
Is this for you?
- Dorsal hump or wide bridge that no longer reads with the rest of the face
- Drooping or bulbous nasal tip
- Functional breathing concerns alongside aesthetic refinement
- Revision rhinoplasty after a previous result that did not settle as planned
Open structural rhinoplasty using ultrasonic piezoelectric instrumentation. Cartilage is preserved and re-shaped rather than excised, which produces softer transitions, faster bruising resolution, and a more stable long-term result. Where required, autologous costal cartilage is used for grafting.
Refined dorsum, defined tip, balanced columellar–lobular angle. Photographs at twelve months, not at three weeks, are how we judge the work.
Ultrasonic precision
Bone is sculpted, not broken. Bruising and swelling resolve in a fraction of the traditional timeline.
Structure preserved
Cartilage is reshaped in place. The framework that holds the nose at fifty is the same framework you have today.
Read across the face
We design with full-face proportions, never an isolated nose photograph.
Social recovery in 10 days · full recovery at 21
Day 0 — Surgery
Two to four hours under general anaesthesia. Discharge the same evening with a nasal splint and discreet internal supports.
Days 1–7 — The cocoon
Quiet recovery at home. Splint removal at day seven; bruising is typically discreet enough to cover.
Weeks 2–6 — Re-emergence
Return to work and social life. Light exercise resumed at three weeks.
Months 6–12 — Settling
Final refinement of the tip is visible at twelve months. Reviews at three, six and twelve months.
Before you book.
Will my nose still look like mine?+
That is the entire brief. We refine what is already there; we do not import a template.
Closed or open technique?+
We choose based on anatomy. Open offers superior visualisation for tip work; the columellar scar is invisible at three months.
When can I fly?+
Domestic flights at ten days. International, after the two-week review.
