Dr. Omar Badr
A profile

The surgeon at every step. Personally.

MD, MSc, MRCS — Consultant Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon

Dr. Omar Badr
Dr. Omar Badr is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon practising in 6th of October, Cairo. His work sits at the careful intersection of aesthetic refinement and reconstructive precision — a discipline he approaches as much like a craft as a clinical specialty. After eleven years inside major teaching hospitals across Cairo, London and Istanbul, Dr. Badr opened a private practice built around a single principle: the operating room should be the smallest part of the journey. The conversation comes first. His patients are usually here through word-of-mouth — a friend, a colleague, a sister. That is why every consultation begins with a long, unhurried discussion. Not about what is on offer, but about the result the patient wants to see in the mirror in three years, in ten, at fifty. He will frequently advise against an operation entirely if the timing, expectation, or anatomy do not align. Dr. Badr is published in peer-reviewed journals on rhinoplasty in the Middle Eastern face and on long-term outcomes in body contouring after weight loss. He is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
Philosophy

Three principles guide the work.

01

The mirror, not the brochure

We design for the result you live with daily, not a single post-op photograph.

02

Less, done well

The strongest aesthetic work is often the work no one notices.

03

Long horizons

Every plan is judged by how it ages — five, ten, twenty years on.
